We have a 3-days return or exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange only in case of wrong or damaged items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
If you return an item within 3 days from the date of delivery unused and in resalable condition, including unmarked, undamaged, and complete packaging, we will issue store credit equal to the purchase price. A 25% restocking fee may apply to these returns if you are willing to return an item that is not wrong or damaged.Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the item is being returned shows signs of use, and we determine it does not have a manufacturing defect, the return will be handled on a case-by-case basis and we will not issue store credit. Customers may be charged shipping to return the product to you. We will do our very best to help you determine if the product is actually defective before issuing an RMA number.
